Are there fake Jews in the land of Abraham? Tucker Carlson seems to think so. My curiosity is piqued. If the Jews in Israel today are fake, if they are not the Jews descended from the Jews of the Bible, then who are they? And where are the real Jews? Are the real Jews hiding someplace while imposters have taken their place?

I don’t mean this in a frivolous way. It’s a serious question of whether Jews have a right to their ancestral homeland. It’s part of a broader question how do any people, anywhere get the title deeds to a country? What gives them the right to live there, to say it’s theirs? If the Jews don’t have a right to Israel, do the Irish have a right to Ireland, the Indians to India?

Do we Americans have a right to live in America? This is the fundamental and important issue being raised here now. Is the Synagogue of Satan a real place? Do all Jews belong to it by virtue of being Jewish? Are all Jews demon-possessed?

In Jackson, Mississippi, during the night of January 10-11, 2026, a man broke a synagogue window and got inside the building, doused the rooms with gasoline, set it on fire and left. No casualties were reported, but two Torah scrolls were destroyed along with most of the synagogue’s library and administrative records. Incidentally, that synagogue–the only one in Jackson–was bombed in 1967 by a member of the Klu Klux Klan because the Jewish community was supporting Martin Luther King Jr.

This time, it was almost burned to the ground, and, yet, within hours, the arsonist was identified. He admitted that he had targeted the building because of its “Jewish ties.” He also claimed that he did it because it was a “Synagogue of Satan” and in the same breath, he proclaimed “Jesus is Lord!” This was not just physical fire inside a real building, but it was also oil thrown on the fire of Christian antisemitism, at a time when Jews are increasingly feeling unsafe anywhere they turn. On November 4, 2025, the Roman Catholic Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith issued a document titled “Mater Populi Fidelis” (MPF, Latin for “Mother of the Faithful People”). Signed by Pope Leo XIV, its primary purpose is indicated in Paragraph 22: Roman Catholics are no longer to refer to Mary as the Co-Redemptrix.

What began nearly a decade ago as a program to track vehicle license plates has evolved into the mass surveillance of all human movement and even our conversations across a wide swath of America.

Note from Pastor Kevin: This is one view of a certain sect of orthodox Jews, who base this view on the belief that the Ezekiel 40-48 temple can only be brought to earth by the Messiah.  To put it simply, “when Messiah comes, He will build”.  Dispensational Christian prophecy teachers agree with them in that when Jesus returns to establish His thousand year reign on earth, He will be bringing this “fourth” temple, which will come after the third temple that will be build during the lead up to the tribulation period.
 
Another prominent view among other non-Christian orthodox Jews (Temple Institute, Temple Mount, Land of Israel Faithful) is that God is expecting the Jews to build the third temple by faith and then Messiah will come. This view is consistent with what will actually take place according to the prophetic scriptures (Daniel 9, Matthew 24, 2 Thes 2, Rev 11).  As this third temple is allowed to be rebuilt by a future global government leader, the Jews will be deceived into thinking this leader must be the long-awaited messiah (but who will actually be the antichrist). But as Daniel and Jesus predicted, after 3.5 years, the antichrist will turn against the Jews and attempt to finish the goals of Hitler’s holocaust (the Great Tribulation).
